Add functional magnetic beads and proteinase K to the sample and incubate at 65°C.

2.

Vortex/pipette the beads with the sample to capture the PCR inhibitors (Fig. 2).

3.

Separate the beads from the sample using a magnet.

4.

Aspirate the supernatant containing the pure, ready-to-use DNA/RNA.

The kit uses negative selection chromatography magnetic beads to quickly capture and remove impurities from cell lysate, leaving the DNA untouched. And with only one tube and no liquid transfers, there is a reduced risk of contamination and DNA loss. Plus, the one-step method allows for the processing of hundreds of samples in less than 30 minutes without the need for expensive equipment.
