Digital Marketing Manager
Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies
●
Manage and grow company’s social media presence
●
Plan and execute successful email marketing campaigns
●
Collaborate with team members to create engaging and effective content
●
Analyze and report on the success of marketing efforts
●
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications and Abilities
●
A BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field is required.
●
Proven digital marketing work experience
●
Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns is required.
●
Experience in identifying target audiences and developing digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. Highly creative with experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
●
A/B and multivariate experimentation experience
●
Solid understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
●
Working knowledge of ad serving tools is required (e.g., DART, Atlas)
●
Knowledge of how to set up and optimize Google Adwords campaigns
●
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
●
Strong analytical abilities and data-driven thinking are required.
●
Stay current on online marketing and measurement trends and best practices.
Lab Technician
Requirements for this position usually include a bachelor’s degree in a scientific field and laboratory experience, as well as knowledge of laboratory equipment and techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are also important.
